   Underpayment Policy: If you send less than the required amount, we will not process the order, and the amount sent will not be refunded. Ensure you send the correct amount before confirming the payment.
   Any chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our services.

4. Delivery Policy

   To claim non-delivery, video proof is required from the moment of purchase to delivery. This video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the transaction details. Without valid proof, we will not process any claims.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy
   No refunds, replacements, or compensations will be provided unless:
   You did not receive the product, and you provide valid video proof (as mentioned in Section 4).
   The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our end.
   If a product does not work due to external factors, including Discord policy changes, bans, restrictions, or patches, we will not issue refunds or replacements.
   Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to ask about all requirements and conditions. If you fail to meet the conditions needed for the product to work, we will not be responsible for any issues, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

6. Warranty & Delivery Policy
   Some products, such as gift links, Minecraft, nitro tokens, may come with a limited warranty if stated.
   To claim a warranty, valid video proof is required:
   The video must be continuous and unedited from the moment of purchase until the product is delivered and claimed/checked.
   The video must clearly show the transaction details, claiming/checking process.
   If valid proof is not provided, we will not be able to process any warranty claims.
   If a gift link has been delivered and later gets revoked or invalid due to third-party actions, we will not be responsible for it.

7. User Conduct
   You may not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
   Any misuse, including abuse of our system, attempting chargebacks without a valid reason, or violating these Terms, will result in a permanent ban from our store.
